Jacob Eusebio
Co-Founder, Director of Business Development, Coach
Jacob is studying International Business at the University of San Francisco and enjoys staying involved in Serving Advantage on the development side.
He is a part of the USF Honors College, Honors Business program, and a Getty Scholar. He is incredibly proud to work alongside the Leadership Team as they work together to create access to tennis and build inclusive communities.

Andy Loughran
Co-Founder
Andy is a Junior at the University of Notre Dame studying Applied and Computational Math and Statistics (ACMS) on a Pre-Med track.
He co-founded Serving Advantage after formative experiences volunteering with children with special needs throughout high school. Andy is thrilled to use his love for tennis to serve the special needs community, and he hopes Serving Advantage will continue to create a supporting environment that uplifts players and fosters friendships with student volunteers.
Currently, Andy is a member of the Notre Dame Club Tennis where he continues to play competitive tennis. In the future, Andy hopes to attend medical school and continue to contribute to special needs through medicine

Natalie Rodriguez
Co-Founder
Natalie is a student at UCLA pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. On campus, she is a part of Bruin Club Tennis, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and Chi Epsilon.
After starting tennis at a young age, Natalie’s love for tennis has grown with each year. Seeing the smiles on her campers’ faces is her favorite part of Serving Advantage, and she is grateful to be a part of a program that incorporates her lifelong love for tennis with the special needs community.
Meet the 2025 Leadership Team

Dahee Lee
Volunteer Coordinator, New Volunteers/Training
Dahee is a sophomore at Valencia High School where she plays on their high school tennis team. She is currently a Volunteer Coordinator as a member of the Serving Advantage Volunteer Team.
Dahee has been playing tennis for 3 years. She first heard of Serving Advantage from her tennis coach and has been a part of the program since the 2022 summer camp. She is grateful for the chance to work with kids, make an impact on the world, and spread the joy through Serving Advantage.

Divij Shamdasani
Business Operations Coordinator
Divij Shamdasani is a senior at Servite High School and has been at Serving Advantage for about 2 and a half years and has loved every moment of it. He joined the Leadership Team in January 2024 and has enjoyed working on the Business Operations team. Finding creative ways to fundraise and collaborating with the Social Media to raise better awareness about the Serving Advantage program has been the biggest part of his role this last year.
He looks forward to meeting the new Leadership Team members and helping them positively impact the future of Serving Advantage.

Zain Karamally
Business Operations Coordinator
Zain is a senior at Foothill High School, where he is on the varsity tennis team, and has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since 2022.
Off the court, Zain is on the board of the California Scholarship Federation at Foothill, and competes in robotics. Zain is passionate about community service and mentoring, and volunteers at the OC food bank as well as various middle schools in Orange County.
He got involved with Serving Advantage in order to promote inclusion and provide tennis opportunities for kids who wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to play.

Euri Kim
Coaching Coordinator, Coach
Euri is a sophomore at Beckman High School and is a member of their high school tennis team. She has volunteered with Serving Advantage since 2023.
Off the court, Euri is president of her class, an opening attorney in mock trial, the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) project coordinator, and the Asian American Pacific Islander Student Union (APISU) chapter coordinator. In her free time, she tutors through Learn to Be, an online tutoring program serving under resourced children, as well as volunteers at the Discovery Cube.

Gavin Kuo
Data Tech Director, Coach
Gavin, currently a senior at Villa Park High School, holds dual roles within the organization Serving Advantage, contributing both as a coach and as a member of the Leadership Team.
Tennis has been part of his life since he was 6 years old and is continuously becoming more and more important to him. He plays tennis both competitively and for his high school varsity team.
Off court, Gavin distinguishes himself through his involvement on the board of numerous clubs at his school and dedicates his weekends to volunteer work in computationally intensive biological research. His motivation for joining Serving Advantage stems from a desire to connect community service with his favorite sport.

Hadley Won
Social Media Coordinator
Hadley Won is a sophomore at El Dorado High School and has been a part of Serving Advantage since Summer 2022. Her goal is to share her love and passion for the Serving Advantage program with the greater community.
Hadley is the Assistant Drum Major in her Marching band and plays the flute in Concert band at her school. Along with that, she’s involved in the California Scholarship Federation, is a student filmmaker and high school content creator on YouTube.

Kara Barry
Head Coach
Kara is a senior at Orange Lutheran High School and has been a co-captain for their varsity team since sophomore year. She participates in her school’s STEM program and represents her school on behalf of this program.
She started working with Serving Advantage during the summer camp in 2022 and the most rewarding part of her time at serving advantage so far has been the opportunity to share her love of the game with others. She is grateful for the time she has spent with the program and cannot wait to continue her journey as a member of the Serving Advantage Leadership Team.

Katie Nguyen
Social Media Director
Katie is a senior at Villa Park High School and a member of the varsity tennis team. At school, she is the co-founder and president of the Girls Who Code club and is also involved in the National Honor Society.
Katie was drawn to Serving Advantage because it combines community service with her love for tennis. She found that being a volunteer for the organization is a very valuable experience, and is grateful for the unique experiences that Serving Advantage has provided.

Konhee Lee
Social Media Coordinator
Konhee Lee is a sophomore at Valencia High School and has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since the summer of 2022. Konhee’s motivation to work hard Serving Advantage comes from seeing the students running happily, free from any worries or judgment.
Konhee is part of the Social Media team and enjoys editing short videos. In addition to playing tennis for the Valencia Boys team, he is also an avid skier and snowboarder. One fun fact about Konhee is that he was born in South Korea and moved to the U.S. when he was just 4 years old!

Lana Ikeda
Volunteer Director
Lana is a senior at Beckman high school and is a member of their tennis team. She was connected to Serving Advantage through her school, and fell in love with all that they do.
In school she serves as a board member in various clubs. Through numerous opportunities she continually learns the importance of teamwork and the effect an individual can have on people. Lana is proud to be a part of Serving Advantage and hopes to continue spreading positivity and impacting people’s lives through her favorite sport.

Mirabelle (Mira) Dean
Coaching Assistant, Coach
Mira is a sophomore at University High School and plays on the varsity tennis team. She joined Serving Advantage in the summer of 2023, looking to share her passion for tennis to people that may not have the same opportunities as her.
Mira also volunteers with the Special Olympics, where she is one of the head tennis coaches. She hopes to continue to volunteer for both organizations so that she can make an impact on others through tennis..

Nicholas Nguyen
Volunteer Coordinator, Special Events
Nicholas is a senior at Villa Park High School and plays on the varsity tennis team. He has been a part of Serving Advantage for around a year and a half and is now a special events coordinator as part of the Volunteer Team.
At Villa Park, he is involved with several clubs as a board member and is a part of the string orchestra. By working with Serving Advantage, Nicholas found the opportunity to connect tennis with the community and hopes to bring this passion to both his fellow members and his students.

Aidan Lim
Social Media Coordinator
Aidan is currently a sophomore at Brea Olinda High School and is a member of the boys tennis team and a varsity cross country runner. He joined Serving Advantage in the spring of 2024 and found Serving Advantage to be a life-changing experience as he began to learn more about students diagnosed with IDD.
He enjoys working with other people and hopes that being on the Serving Advantage Leadership Team will allow him to impact Serving Advantage students and programming beyond the tennis courts as well as gain more business experience. Aidan’s goals are to help expand Serving Advantage to a wider audience, create better awareness, and help spread positivity.

Andy Rezkalla
Business Operations Coordinator
Andy is a junior at Servite High School and joined the Serving Advantage Doubles Partner Program in 2024. He was inspired by the program’s mission and quickly fell in love with Serving Advantage’s program and dedication to making sport inclusive and accessible to people of all abilities.
At Servite, Andy is deeply involved in campus life as the Founder and President of the Dentistry Club, Multicultural Club, and an active member of NHS and CSF. He also works part-time at CVS Pharmacy as well as he interns at Long Beach Dental, balancing his academic and extracurricular pursuits with leadership and service. Andy is proud to be part of Serving Advantage and hopes to continue spreading positivity while striving toward his goal of becoming a dentist.

Arianna Chong
Volunteer Coordinator, Clinics and Camps
Arianna is a freshman at Ayala High School and has been volunteering at Serving Advantage since 2023. She plays tennis on the Girls Junior Varsity Team at Ayala and is an accomplished harpist, attending numerous recitals and placing in the Concordia Music Competition. Arianna is also an active BSA Scout and is currently working towards achieving her Eagle Rank.
She finds great fulfillment in volunteering at Serving Advantage and enjoys the clinics, events, and most of all, the supportive and inclusive community. Arianna hopes to use positivity and enthusiasm to make a lasting meaningful impact on others.
Meet the Team

Emiko Ota Rippe
Office Intern
Emiko is a 7th grader at El Rancho Charter School and has been a part of the Serving Advantage since the it’s inception. She helped test out curriculum and coaching styles when Serving Advantage was just an idea in the Co-Founders heads! She now works in the business office once a week as an Intern.
Emiko was inspired to work with Serving Advantage because it allowed her to get to know and better understand her autistic cousin, Evan as well as it gives her an opportunity to work alongside her aunt and other cousin, Co-Founder, Jacob Eusebio. Outside of Serving Advantage, Emiko enjoys horseback riding, playing tennis, and creative writing. She also competes in both tennis tournaments and barrel races for horseback riding.

Mia Ben Zvi
Business Operations Coordinator
Mia is a junior at Corona del Mar High School and has played tennis for 8 years and joined the Serving Advantage program in 2022. She is also a member of her high school varsity cross country and track teams.
She heard about Serving Advantage through a friend and ever since joining, Mia has formed life-long connections with both the Doubles Partner volunteers and the students. Through Serving Advantage, Mia strives to share her love of tennis and improve her coaching skills. Off the court, Mia is involved in numerous clubs such as her own, Students Rising, and is an active member in National Honors Society, Mock Trial, Speech and Debate, Academy of Global Studies, and Model UN. Mia is incredibly proud to be part of such an impactful organization and hopes to spread this passion to her community members and classmates.

Rohan Grewal
Coaching Coordinator, Coach
Rohan is a junior at Beckman High School and has been a part of Serving Advantage since 2022. He was drawn to Serving Advantage as a way to share his passion for tennis with others who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it.
Outside of Serving Advanage, Rohan plays competitive tennis with the USTA, is part of the USTA Youth Leadership Committee, and has been part of his school's Varsity Tennis Team since his freshman year. He also plays the piano, and volunteers his time teaching piano to underserved communities.

Roxy Wilson
Volunteer Coordinator, Special Events
Roxy is a sophomore at Cypress High School and plays doubles on varsity tennis at her school. She first volunteered with Serving Advantage in 2023 after taking part in the Serving Advantage Share the Love tournament! She has been playing tennis since she was 6 years old and her passion for the sport has grown exponentially since then.
Off court, Roxy is the President of the Bridges Club, as well as a member of RSVP, Best Buddies, and Model United Nations. Roxy hopes to continue her work with Serving Advantage as long as possible and make positive changes in her community.

Talin Bach
Volunteer Coordinator, Clinics and Camps
Talin is a sophomore at Foothill High School, where he is a member of the boys varsity tennis team. He has been playing tennis since he was 8 years old and started volunteering with Serving Advantage in 2022.
Off the court, Talin is involved in numerous clubs at his school such as Smile Train, CASA OC, and the California Scholarship Federation. He is also the current president of the 2027 National League of Young Men class where he volunteers with his peers to help the community. Overall, Serving Advantage has been a great opportunity and has helped Talin build valuable skills and a greater connection with his community.
