Meet the Team

Jacob Eusebio
Co-Founder, Director of Business Development, Coach
Jacob Eusebio is a senior at Orange Lutheran High School and a member of their varsity tennis team and Ambassadors Leadership program.
Creating Serving Advantage has provided Jacob with a way to help others in the neurodiverse community find new ways to create positive memorable family moments both on and off the court! Jacob is an ESPN Sports Humanitarian Award Recipient and a Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Initiative Honoree. For more information on Jacob, please read the Founder’s Story.

Andy Loughran
Co-Founder, Coach
Andy is a senior at Servite High School and the captain of Servite’s varsity tennis team. At school, he is the Secretary General of Servite for student government and a part of Peer Assistance Leadership. He is also a member of the National League of Young Men.
After volunteering for organizations like OME and the Faley Games, he has found his passion for serving the special needs community. Seeing children lighten up at these events helped him realize that the special needs community wasn’t so different from without disabilities. Andy is thrilled to share his love for tennis with the special needs community.

Natalie Rodriguez
Co-Founder, Coach
Natalie is a senior at Orange Lutheran High School and the co-captain of OLu’s varsity tennis team. Off the court, she is a part of her school’s STEM program, the co-president of her school’s Ambassadors Leadership Team, an 8-year member of the Girl Scouts of OC, and a Gold Award Girl Scout.
After starting tennis at a young age, Natalie’s love for tennis has grown with each year. Seeing the smiles on her campers’ faces is her favorite part of Serving Advantage, and she is grateful to lead a program that incorporates her lifelong love for tennis with the special needs community.

Abigail Tweedt
Volunteer Coordinator, Coach
Abigail is a sophomore at Foothill High School on the Varsity Tennis Team and Madrigals Choir. She first heard about Serving Advantage through a mutual friend and has been part of camps and clinics since the first Summer Camp in 2020. Abigail hopes to share her love of tennis and sports with all the kids that come on the courts!

Annabelle Duink
Assistant Head Coach
Annabelle is a sophomore at Foothill High School and has been on their tennis team for both years. She is also in Girl Scouts and is currently working on her Gold Award. Annabelle has been playing tennis for five years now and loves spreading joy to others and wishes to achieve this through working with Serving Advantage. She is super excited to share her passion with everyone at Serving Advantage and help impact the world!

Caydence Bach
Marketing & Communications Manager, Coach
Caydence is a junior at Foothill High School, a varsity member of the tennis and basketball team, and the Athletics Commissioner of her school’s ASB. Caydence discovered Serving Advantage when her younger brother was looking to join a program that adapted to his needs.
Serving Advantage was the perfect program as it not only adapted to his developmental challenges due to autism, but also connected it to tennis. She is proud to be a part of the Serving Advantage family and hopes to continually make an impact on the tennis court!

Hannah Le
Volunteer & Community Relations Coordinator
Hannah is a sophomore at Foothill High School, and a varsity member of the girls tennis team. At school she is vice president of the Pre-Med club, and is involved in National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation. Outside of school she is a Girl Scout Senior and is currently working on her Gold Award.
Through Girl Scouts she regularly volunteers for events that benefit the community of Tustin. She loves working with kids and hopes to continue to mentor kids in the future. She is thrilled and honored to be part of the Serving Advantage family, to help kids find the same love and passion she has for tennis!

Jake Maricich
Director of Coaching
Jake is a junior at Servite High School and a member of the varsity tennis team. Off the court, he participates in the Servite Ambassadors program, serving as a leader and guide for many of the incoming families. After starting tennis at the age of five, his love for tennis was born, and through Serving Advantage, he hopes to inspire the students with the same passion for tennis that he first felt over ten years ago!

Jordyn Kuo
Volunteer Director, Fundraising & Grants Coordinator, Coach
Jordyn is a junior at Villa Park High School. She is a co-captain on the varsity tennis team and competitive tournament player. Her training has taught her discipline, strength, perseverance, and leadership, both on and off the court.
She also serves as Commissioner of Community Relations for her school’s ASB and is the class president of the National Charity League (NCL). She has found that being a volunteer for Serving Advantage is a very rewarding experience and is grateful to share her love for tennis with these wonderful kids!

Kate Jensen
Fundraising & Grants Coordinator, Coach
Kate is a sophomore at Foothill High School. She plays on the varsity tennis team and is a member of ASB. At the age of ten, Kate started playing tennis and loved everything about it. Kate has always enjoyed volunteering through programs such as the National Charity League, but she was so excited to see a program that connected her favorite sport and teaching the special needs community. Kate is so grateful to get the opportunity to work with all the amazing students!

Nathaniel Le
Coach
Nathan is a senior at Fullerton Union High School. He has been a varsity singles player and captain of the tennis team for the past three years. Being born into an enthusiastic tennis family, he naturally took on the sport from a young age and developed a passion for it. He is ecstatic to share his joy for tennis with the amazing kids in Serving Advantage and hopes to continue making a positive impact within his community.

Nicholas Ho
Fundraising & Grants Coordinator
Nicholas is a sophomore at Foothill High School and a co-captain on the JV tennis team. He feels very passionate about tennis and believes that it is what helped form him and become the person he is today.
Off the courts, he is a member of National Honor Society (NHS) and the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) where he has learned and continues to strive towards qualities of ambition, dedication, empathy, and appreciation. With his enthusiasm for Serving Advantage, Nicholas hopes to spread the excitement and joy he felt on his own journey to those in the community and aspires to impact the community in a positive and meaningful way.

Eiliyah Mirza
Social Media Coordinator
Eiliyah Mirza is a sophomore at Foothill High School and has been volunteering as Serving Avantage for a little over a year now. Tennis is a major part of her life as she plays competitively and on her school’s varsity team since freshman year. Seeing the happiness and joy the Serving Advantage spreads is what drew Eiliyah to the program, and being able to share her passion for tennis with others makes the experience extremely rewarding.

Gavin Kuo
Social Media Coordinator
Gavin is a freshman at Troy High School and has been a part of Serving Advantage for around a year. Tennis has been part of his life since he was 6 years old and is becoming more and more important to him. He plays competitive tennis and for his high school varsity team. Gavin has previously volunteered through the organization National League of Young Men and was drawn to this program because it connected service with his favorite sport.
