Jacob Eusebio
Co-Founder, Director of Business Development, Coach
Jacob is studying International Business at the University of San Francisco and enjoys staying involved in Serving Advantage on the development side.
He is a part of the USF Honors College, Honors Business program, and a Getty Scholar. He is incredibly proud to work alongside the Leadership Team as they work together to create access to tennis and build inclusive communities.
Andy Loughran
Co-Founder
Andy is a Junior at the University of Notre Dame studying Applied and Computational Math and Statistics (ACMS) on a Pre-Med track.
He co-founded Serving Advantage after formative experiences volunteering with children with special needs throughout high school. Andy is thrilled to use his love for tennis to serve the special needs community, and he hopes Serving Advantage will continue to create a supporting environment that uplifts players and fosters friendships with student volunteers.
Currently, Andy is a member of the Notre Dame Club Tennis where he continues to play competitive tennis. In the future, Andy hopes to attend medical school and continue to contribute to special needs through medicine
Natalie Rodriguez
Co-Founder
Natalie is a student at UCLA pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. On campus, she is a part of Bruin Club Tennis, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and Chi Epsilon.
After starting tennis at a young age, Natalie’s love for tennis has grown with each year. Seeing the smiles on her campers’ faces is her favorite part of Serving Advantage, and she is grateful to be a part of a program that incorporates her lifelong love for tennis with the special needs community.
Meet the 2025 Leadership Team
Andy Rezkalla
Ambassadors Coordinator
Andy Rezkalla is a senior at Servite High School and has been volunteering with Serving Advantage for about a year and a half.
He was inspired by the program’s mission and quickly fell in love with Serving Advantage’s program. At Servite, Andy is deeply involved in campus life as the founder and president of the Dentistry Club, Multi-Cultural Club, and an active member of NHS and CSF. He also works part-time at CVS Pharmacy as well as interning at Long Beach Dental, balancing his academic and extracurricular pursuits with leadership and service. Andy is proud to be part of Serving Advantage and hopes to continue spreading positivity while striving toward his goal of becoming a dentist.
Aidan Lim
Social Media Coordinator
Aidan is currently a junior at Brea Olinda High School. He joined Serving Advantage in the spring of 2024 and found Serving Advantage to be a life-changing experience as he began to learn more about students diagnosed with IDD.
He is interested in following the medical field and cannot wait for what lies in his future. He enjoys working with other people and hopes that being on the Serving Advantage Leadership Team will allow him to impact Serving Advantage students and program beyond the tennis courts. Aidan’s goals are to help expand Serving Advantage to a wider audience, create better awareness, and help spread positivity.
Dahee Lee
Volunteer Coordinator
Dahee is a junior at Valencia High School where she plays on their varsity tennis team. She has been a part of Serving Advantage since 2022 and is currently a Volunteer Coordinator on the Leadership Team.
She is grateful for the unique experience Serving Advantage provides and hopes to continue making a positive impact on her community. Outside of Serving Advantage, Dahee is a part of her school’s IB program and competes in several clubs including FBLA and OCAD. She also loves to ski and has been skiing since she was 4 years old.
Arianna Chong
Social Media Coordinator
Arianna is a sophomore at Ruben S. Ayala High School and has volunteered with Serving Advantage since the summer of 2023 as a Junior Doubles Partner.
Over time, her passion for community service and dedication to Serving Advantage has continued to grow. Arianna enjoys playing the harp and serves as the Outreach Director for the Orange County Youth Music Foundation. As a current BSA Life Scout, she enjoys camping and is actively working towards her Eagle Rank. At school, Arianna is on the Girl’s Varsity Tennis team and is the founder and president of the Ayala Best Buddies Chapter and works to promote her overall goal of spreading inclusivity and kindness throughout her community.
Anson Chong
Social Media Coordinator
Anson is a senior at Ruben S. Ayala High School and has been a part of Serving Advantage for the past three years. He is passionate about gaining meaningful life experiences by supporting students with IDD, helping them build both social and physical skills on the court.
Anson is actively involved in Boy Scouts and is working toward his Eagle Scout rank. He is committed to making the world a more inclusive place, most recently by starting a new Best Buddies chapter at his school to promote inclusion and acceptance for students with IDD in today’s society.
Euri Kim
Head Coach, Foundational Classes
Euri is a junior at Arnold O. Beckman High School, where she plays on the girls tennis team. She has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since September of 2023.
Off the court, Euri is involved with her school's ASB as class president, and competes on the varsity mock trial team as an opening attorney. On a broader scale, she is on the Legislative Policy Committee for the California Association of Student Councils (CASC), where she is currently in talks with the offices of multiple senators about bills improving access to education for students in California. When she’s not working on community projects, Euri enjoys creative writing, photography, and coaching tennis at her local park.
Austin Horng
Social Media Coordinator
Austin Horng is a current junior at Valencia High School and has been part of Serving Advantage since 2024.
He is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community while spreading the love, experience, and enjoyment of playing tennis with others. Off court, Austin serves as the Business Lead for his school’s Robotics Team, Co-Founder and President of his Stress Management Club, and is on the board of numerous group organizations in and out of school.This year, Austin looks forward to highlighting Serving Advantage’s impact within the community through social media.
Caliann Dean
Volunteer Coordinator
Caliann Dean, a Junior at University High School who plays on the JV tennis team, has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since Fall of 2024 as a Doubles Partner.
This year, she joined as an ambassador for the Leadership Team to help Serving Advantage spread their mission even farther than before. Beyond the court, she writes for UC Berkeley's virtual newspaper during summers and hopes to become a published author one day. She also founded OC Creative Writers Initiative, a youth-led program which provides writing classes to 4th-6th graders. As a member of the ambassadors team interacting with parents and promoting Serving Advantage as an organization, she is committed to making our goals a reality.
Chase Fujimoto
Ambassadors Coordinator
Chase is a junior at Crean Lutheran High School who has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since January 2024.
He has been playing tennis for 5 years, but also loves other sports such as hockey, football, and baseball. He has been a diehard Anaheim Ducks fan since he was 3 years old. In his free time, Chase loves to play videogames with his friends, scroll on TikTok, and listen to music. He has enjoyed his time as a part of the Serving Advantage community and loves being on the court as a volunteer, a coach, and a friend.
Garrison Hsiu
Social Media Coordinator
Garrison is currently a junior at Brea Olinda High School and is a member of the boys varsity tennis team. He has been playing tennis for 4 years and began volunteering with Serving Advantage in the Spring of 2024.
He fell in love with Serving Advantage at his first clinic and wanted to help spread positivity and share his passion for tennis. He enjoys working with other people and hopes that being on the Leadership Team will allow him to make a bigger impact through Serving Advantage and gain valuable business skills.
Hussain Rangwala, Jr.
Ambassadors Coordinator
Hussain is a junior at Villa Park High School, where he is on the varsity tennis team and has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since January of 2024.
He joined Serving Advantage, to combine both his passions of tennis and community service, in order to promote inclusion across his community. Off the court, Hussain serves on the board of several clubs, including Tech Society, Red Cross, ASPIRE, and VACC. He loves giving back to his community and works with various organizations, including the Discovery Cube. In his free time, Hussain, also, enjoys traveling.
Liam Wong
Jr. Leadership Team
Liam is a sixth grader at Falcon Academy who has been with Serving Advantage since its first clinic in 2020.
He has experienced firsthand how Serving Advantage positively helped not only his family members, but also himself grow a passion for tennis and feel inclusive. Liam enjoys playing competitive tennis and Serving Advantage encouraged him to start playing since kindergarten. Other than tennis, Liam competes on his school’s robotics team, serves on the student government, and practices mixed martial arts. He loves hanging out with his family and exploring new places. Liam's hope in Serving Advantage is to help others grow a love of tennis and feel inclusive, just like it did for his family.
Lilia Almassian
Volunteer Coordinator
Lilia is a junior at University High School and serves as a Volunteer Coordinator on the Serving Advantage Leadership Team. She has been volunteering with Serving Advantage for almost a year.
Lilia has been playing tennis for four years, occasionally competes in tournaments, and plays Singles for her school’s tennis team. At school, she serves on the boards of Physics Club and Spanish Club and is interested in ultimately pursuing medicine. Having grown up playing soccer before transitioning to tennis in high school, Lilia brings a unique perspective to the sport. Growing up in Toronto and moving frequently helped her understand the importance of welcoming communities. She hopes to create a hospitable environment in which volunteers and students can feel comfortable in expressing themselves.
Emiko Ota Rippe
Office Intern
Emiko Ota Rippe is an eighth grader at El Rancho Charter School. She started with Serving Advantage at the very beginning in July 2020, to help out her cousin, Jacob Eusebio, and to connect with her other cousin, Evan.
Through these experiences, she has developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while learning the importance of inclusion and advocacy. Outside of Serving Advantage, Emiko does competitive barrel racing (horseback riding), where she is just graduating from competing in gymkhanas to starting jackpots, as well as tennis, golf, and basketball for pleasure
Rohan Grewal
Head Coach, Competitive Pathways
Rohan is a senior at Beckman High School. He has been a part of Serving Advantage for about 5 years now.
He was drawn to Serving Advantage as a way to share his passion for tennis with others who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it. While part of Serving Advantage, he helped kickstart the Competitive Pathways Class, a class where advanced students can play modified points and be a part of friendly competition. Outside of Serving Advantage, Rohan plays competitive tennis with the USTA, is part of the USTA Youth Leadership Committee, and has led his school's Varsity Tennis Team since his freshman year. He also plays the piano, and volunteers his time teaching piano to underserved communities.
Roxy Wilson
Volunteer Coordinator, Special Events
Roxy, a junior at Cypress High School, has been volunteering with Serving Advantage for almost 3 years. She is captain of her school’s tennis team and brings enthusiasm to everything she does.
At home, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Arlo, Biscuit, and Butters, and outside of school she loves hanging out with friends, going on walks, watching sports, and water coloring.
Shivi Goyal
Business Operations Coordinator
Shivi is a senior at University High School, and he has been volunteering with Serving Advantage since April 2024.
With an immense passion for tennis, Shivi plays for his high school team, serves as president of his school's tennis club. Off the court, Shivi enjoys learning about history and the world. He also enjoys learning Spanish and serves as the academics coordinator of his school's Spanish club. Most of all, Shivi loves hanging out with his friends and meeting new people.
Talin Bach
Ambassadors Coordinator
Talin is a junior at Foothill High School, where he is a member of the varsity tennis team. He has been playing tennis since he was 8 years old and started volunteering with Serving Advantage since 2022.
Off the court, Talin is involved in numerous clubs at his school such as Smile Train, CASA OC, and California Scholarship Federation. He is also the current president of the 2027 National League of Young Men class where he volunteers with his peers to help the community. Overall, Serving Advantage has been a great opportunity for him to build valuable skills and a greater connection with his community.
Marcus Tran
Ambassadors Coordinator
Marcus is a junior at Brea Olinda High School and joined Serving Advantage in 2025. Inspired by his autistic cousin Gavin, he joined Serving Advantage to cultivate an inclusive environment where everyone feels seen.
As a member of the ambassadors team, he aims to expand Serving Advantage’s reach and contribute to its growing impact. At his school, Marcus is involved in a variety of clubs, including HOSA, the National Honor Society of Sports Medicine, and Foster Love. Through Serving Advantage, Marcus hopes to strengthen his leadership, communication, and mentorship skills so he can continue making a meaningful impact both on and off the court.
Megha Nanda
Coach Coordinator
Meghan is a junior at Canyon High School and has been volunteering with Serving Advantage for three years. After hearing about the program at her local tennis club, she started volunteering to help others learn about and benefit from the sport.
She has played competitive tennis for many years and is a member of her school’s varsity team, where she has played for three years. At school, Megha serves as the Commissioner of Clubs on ASB, volunteers with the Red Cross Youth Leaders of Orange County, and tutors through National Honor Society. She is grateful for the chance to help athletes grow in confidence and hopes to continue making a meaningful impact through tennis and community service.
Sahana Ragavhan
Coach Coordinator
Sahana is a current sophomore in Beckman High School where she plays on their varsity tennis team. She has been playing tennis since she was 8 and joined Serving Advantage September, 2024.
Beyond Serving Advantage, Sahana is actively involved in several clubs and community organizations, including the American Red Cross, the Recycling Club, California Scholarship Federation, Coastal Corridors, and others. She also enjoys following professional tennis and volunteers as a ball crew member at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Palm Springs.
Yvonne Vu
Social Media Coordinator
Yvonne is a junior at Villa Park High School and a member of the varsity tennis team. She joined Serving Advantage in spring 2024 after completing her Girl Scout Gold Award and connecting with the organization’s mission of promoting inclusion in tennis.
Her passion stems from being a dedicated volunteer since age five in Girl Scouts, now serving as Key Club president and working on the boards of VSA, French Club, and NAMI, while also being a National Honor Society member. Through her involvement in service organizations, especially Serving Advantage, she values these experiences to make meaningful, lasting impacts in her community.
